Prevent Acne - How to Prevent Acne |
Acnes are the disease of fat glands of the skin. When canals of fat glands opening to the skin are clogged, acnes appear. Acnes appear mostly on face, forehead, chest and shoulders. As they cause temporary corruption in the esthetical appearance, severe lesions also leave permanent marks behind when they get better by being scar.
Fat glands normally secrete a substance called as sebum. This secretion has normal fat characteristics and its purpose is to protect the skin. Important parts of fat glands in the body take part within follicles and the secretion appears on the surface of this follicle. If sebum (fat) can not proceed from that region of the follicle, it accumulates in here and the acne appears.
